Our online application is designed to make the process easy
and convenient for you. It utilizes our web-based information
system, Genisys, which you will see when you first enter the
application.
Note: You may begin this application and
leave at any time. Your information will be saved and you
can login again using the username and password you create.

First, you'll need to establish a personal
user account, with a six-digit password.
It's important to note that all information you provide is protected
over a secure server. The information will never be shared with
any outside groups, organizations or persons.
Once you are ready to begin the application process, click on the link below to be taken to Genisys where you will create your login and password.

You'll want to plan to spend about 30
to 45 minutes on the application. It's okay if you choose to complete
the application in several sessions, because the data will
be saved--for you only--for the next session.

In addition to the application, you
must submit the following materials in order to complete
your application:
- Personal Goals Statement (should be emailed directly to your admissions counselor)- Personal
Goals form
- Official transcripts (sent directly to the university in a sealed envelope)- Required from all colleges and universities you have attended even if the credits appear as transfer credits on another transcript.
- Official GRE scores* - For information about the GRE, contact the College Board at www.ets.org/gre/.
- Three recommendations - Click here for more information about the types of recommendations you must supply. (Recommendation form)
- Resumé
- Scholarly writing sample - No more than 10 pages, APA format (doctoral applicants only). Click here for more information.
- Clinical Skills DVD - 10-15 minute maximum (Ph.D. in CES applicants only). Click here for more information.
*Adult learners who have at least ten years of work experience may apply to the master's programs by a process called Portfolio Admission. Through this process, qualified applicants may be granted a GRE waiver or address a lower than desired undergraduate GPA. Click here for additional details. |

Once you have completed your application, you
can pay the $50 application fee online or you can mail a check
or money order to our admissions office. Please note that the application fee is non-refundable.
We begin processing your application upon your submission of the application
and receipt of the fee. PLEASE NOTE: When you complete the admissions form you can submit payment through the secure server in that same session. If you complete the form but do not pay the fee in the same session, you will have to pay the fee through the Business Office Website.
Be sure to submit your application, other materials and fee by the application
