Transcripts

IMPORTANT: Transcript requests cannot be held for pending grades or degrees. Once you see your grades and degree posted in Genisys, you may request your transcript.

NOTE: Transcripts cannot be faxed or scanned in an email to any location.

 

The Regent University Registrar's Office provides official transcripts to students upon request. An official Regent University transcript is a complete record of the student's academic history at Regent University. Partial transcripts will not be provided. Unofficial transcripts are not offered and requests for unofficial transcripts will not be honored. Current students may view an unofficial transcript by logging into Genisys.

To request a transcript, read the following information and follow the steps below:

  • Transcripts will not be faxed or emailed under any circumstances.
  • Transcripts will not be released if there are any holds or financial obligations: Library fines, parking fines, or unpaid bills. Once these accounts are settled you may submit a transcript request. Contact the Business Office to resolve any financial obligations.
  • Federal regulations require that we protect the privacy and security of your records. Therefore, transcript requests must be made in writing using the transcript request form and must include a valid signature. Electronic signatures will not be accepted. Due to the volume of requests received, we are unable to contact you regarding incomplete requests. Requests without signatures will not be accepted.
  • Mailed or faxed transcript requests are accepted. Emailed or telephoned requests are not accepted.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for processing, in addition to mailing time. During times of heavy request volumes (usually the beginning and end of each semester), please allow 5-7 business days for processing, in addition to mailing time.
  • All transcripts are mailed via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise requested and additional fees paid.
  • Expedited requests must be made by 1:00pm. If received after 1:00pm, the request will be processed the next business day.
  • When picking up transcripts from the University Registrar's Office, a valid picture ID must be presented. The transcript will only be released to the requestor.
  • Each transcript is $5.00. CASH OR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT ONLY. Additional charges apply for expedited services. Due to the volume of requests received, we are unable to contact you regarding unpaid requests. Requests made without payment will not be processed.
  • Requests for test scores or transcripts from other institutions are not honored.
